How to Change Dates / Reschedule Jetstar Flight

- Go to official Jetstar website and click on Manage booking tab or you can directly go here.
- Enter your PNR / Booking Reference Number and Email / Last Name in respective fields and click on Manage Booking.
- Click on Change Flight option.
- Select your preferred date of travel and click on continue.
- You’ll be shown a list of flights on your preferred date, select the flight according to your needs and click on continue.
- A fare difference and change fee (if applicable) will be shown. Review all the details and proceed to payment.
- Complete the payment and click on Finish to reschedule Jetstar flight.
- Finally, A mail-on confirmation will be forwarded to the flyer stating the rescheduling of the flight was processed successfully.

You will be rebooked on the next available Jetstar flight that you find acceptable, free of charge, if a delay or cancellation happens within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time and causes a change of three or more hours to your scheduled departure time. As an alternative, you may be eligible for a reimbursement.
On a case-by-case basis, Jetstar will evaluate claims for any expenses resulting from the cancellation or delay, including claims for larger sums when they are legitimately incurred.
Engineering problems, Jetstar IT system failures, delayed baggage delivery to the carousel because of resource constraints, delayed cleaning and catering to the aircraft, and crew/staffing shortages are some of the causes of delays or cancellations that are under their control.
Weather-related delays or cancellations, problems with air traffic control, third-party strikes, and security concerns are examples of uncontrollable delays or cancellations.
Jetstar Refund Policy
Refunds are due to customers in the following circumstances:
- If they significantly alter the time of your planned flight for an event that is under their control. If your intended departure time is altered by three hours or more, it is considered a significant modification.
- If they are unable to book you on a different flight that works for you and they modify your planned departure time by less than three hours for a reason that is under their control, but you are still unable to use the booking for the intended purpose.
- If they are unable to carry you due to commercial overbooking and you have a confirmed reservation.
Jetstar One-hour Quick Fix
You have one hour to make adjustments after your booking is confirmed on jetstar.com, per the Jetstar One-Hour Quick Fix Policy. Regardless of your fare type, you won’t be assessed a Change Fee if you arrive inside the one-hour Quick Fix window. Nevertheless, based on your updated choices, a Fare Difference might still be applicable.
Domestic flights in Australia and New Zealand, as well as any Jetstar Airways (JQ) international flights, including those connecting to or from a Jetstar Asia (3K) or Jetstar Japan (GK) aircraft, are currently eligible for the one-hour Quick Fix.
*Not available on any Jetstar Airways (JQ) flight connecting to a Jetstar (3K) flight through Darwin.
NOTE : Make sure you write your booking reference down, so you can use the One-hour quick fix without having to wait for your itinerary to be emailed to you.
