Air Arabia Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
- Passengers can reschedule or cancel Air Arabia flights online, by contacting their call center, or by visiting the nearest Air Arabia sales office.
- Passengers can make changes to the itinerary up to 24 hours before departure.
- Air Arabia does not have a refund policy once the booking is paid for (except flights to/from Cairo). On cancellation, Air Arabia will keep the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight booking. The passenger can use this credit for travel within one year from the date of payment.
- Business Class passengers on Cairo flights, are eligible for free modification (fare difference will apply) up to 8 hrs prior to scheduled departure time. All passengers to/from Cairo are entitled for refund on cancellation, subject to terms and conditions.
- For group bookings, modification and cancellation charges may vary. Please contact your travel agency.
- If you have purchased Flexi or booked Extra fare, you will be able to modify your booking once without a modification charge but fare difference is applicable. You can also cancel your booking without a cancellation fee.
- Air Arabia Maroc (3O) does not allow cancellation or refund once a booking has been paid.
- Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional tickets, free gifted tickets, etc.
